This young lady gives a wonderful talk about the crux of the addict and alcoholic’s problem. This problem is rooted in a spiritual malady or conscious separation from God. This malady shows up in the unmanageability of our lives. High or clean, drunk or sober, the problem is a broken internal condition that demands treatment. Drugs and alcohol are only symptoms of the problem.
